Most golfers don't improve because they don't practice enough. They don't improve because they practice without a plan.

One visit to the range looks like this:

A few wedges to warm up.

Twenty drivers.

The same random irons.

A couple of shots with whatever club feels good.

Bucket empty. Go home.

It feels productive.
It isn't.

You're putting in the time. You're paying for the balls. And a month later, your game looks exactly the same. That's not a talent problem. That's a plan problem.

I went from an 18 handicap to a 5.

I didn't get there by living at the range, and I didn't get there by building a perfect swing. I got there when my practice finally had structure.

Every ball had a purpose. Every session had a goal, and the drills matched what I was working on. Then I added pressure, so by the time I got to the course, I'd already practiced handling it.

That's why I built the 4-Week Range Plan. It's the exact plan I used on the range to go from a bogey golfer to single digits, and it can help you do the same.

What you're getting

Everything you need to practice with a plan

Not a PDF. Not a pile of videos. A complete, guided plan that sits on your phone and tells you what to do next.

01 · Your plan

Four weeks all planned out, ready for you at the range

Open the plan and everything is laid out: four weeks, two sessions a week, one focus at a time. You follow it in order, because every session builds on the one before it. You always see where you are and what's next.

  • One clear focus every week
  • Follow it in order, each session builds on the last
  • See exactly what's next
Your sessions timeline
02 · Every session

A video for every session. Drills with ball counts.

Every session has a video demonstrating how each drill works. Watch it, then take it to the range: warm up with 10 balls and work through four drills, with the number of balls written next to each one. You never have to think about what to hit.

  • A video for every session explaining the drills
  • 10-ball warm-up, then four drills
  • Ball counts set, so no guessing

03 · Add pressure

Every session ends under pressure

Every session finishes with a challenge, because pressure is what makes range practice carry over to the course. Log your score so you can beat it next time, then tap Session finished.

  • A pressure challenge in every session
  • Your score is saved so you can beat it
  • One tap to finish the session

Week by week

Here's exactly what happens during the four weeks

Four weeks. One focus each. Every week builds on the one before it, so by the end you've changed more than one thing.

Week1

Contact

Everything starts with the strike. In Low Point you learn to control where the club bottoms out, so you catch the ball first, then the turf. In Center Face Contact you train finding the middle of the clubface, again and again. By the end of the week, solid contact stops being a lucky one-off and starts being something you can repeat.

Low PointCenter Face Contact
Week2

Ball Flight

Contact gets the ball started in the right place. Now we work on where it actually goes. In Club Path you learn how the club needs to move through the ball at contact. In Clubface Control you learn how the face presents itself at contact. Whether you're slicing, hooking, pushing or pulling it, this is the week you stop being surprised by your own ball flight.

Club PathClubface Control
Week3

Tempo + Synchronization

Great contact and ball flight fall apart without rhythm. Tempo builds a pace you can hold when it matters. Rotation and Synchronization gets your body and your swing working together instead of fighting each other. Smoother, calmer, more repeatable.

Week4

Driver

Everything you've built goes to the tee. Driver Contact is about finding the middle with the longest club in the bag. Driver Sequence puts the order of the swing in place. You finish the plan with a driver swing you trust, and a way of practicing you can use for good.

Better practice beats more practice.

Frequently asked questions

Is this for beginners or advanced players?

Both. The plan works on the fundamentals that matter at every level: contact, ball flight, tempo and driver. Each session comes with a video explaining the drills, so you always know what you're doing and why.

I've tried tips and drills before and nothing stuck. Why would this be different?

Because this isn't a collection of random tips and drills that never add up to anything. It builds on the fundamentals of your game, and each week builds on the one before. You also finish every session under pressure, which is what gets it to transfer to the course.

I don't have much time. How long does it take?

About half an hour per session, around 50 balls: a 10-ball warm-up, four drills of around 10 balls each, then the challenge. It fits into a normal range visit, and you choose when you go.

Do I need a launch monitor or special equipment?

No. Your clubs, balls and your phone are enough. Some drills use simple items like alignment sticks (can be replaced by a golf club), a towel or a head cover.

What if it doesn't work for me?

You're covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days and you'll get your money back.

Is it a subscription? Are there extra costs?

No. It's one payment of $67 and lifetime updates are included. No subscription, nothing to cancel.

How soon can I start?

Straight away. You get access as soon as your payment goes through, so you can take Session 1 to the range today.

Your next range session can be the one that finally moves you forward.

Four weeks. Eight sessions. One plan. Stop hitting balls and start practicing.
